With a jacked tank design, you get controlled even heat distribution without hot spots that can burn your product.

Included with Model 6MH Jacketed Tank ...

  • Stainless Steel jacketed tank, Lid, Heater/Thermostat with cord, 3/4 Inch Brass Ball Valve.
  • To keep the lid cool to the touch, it has a Molded high-temp handle.
  • 3/4” (1.9cm) brass outlet with 90 degree brass elbow. Tip: Check out our Ball Valve Heater if you work with waxes, oils, chocolate or butters that set up hard at room temperature. Flow from your Ball Valve can get blocked when your ingredients go solid, just simply heat to melt. Saves on frustration and headaches.
  • Extra Heating Element. Always great to have a spare just in case the heating element ever fails. Chances are you may never need it.
  • ½” (13mm) Inlet and Outlet to drain and fill the jacket on your tank.
  • Cleaning Brush for Outlet & Valve.
  • Pipe Seal is included.
  • Operating Instructions are written in English and are easy to follow.
  • We also include instructions and formula for making Liquid Soap.

  • All 304 Stainless Steel Construction including inner and outer tanks, lid and all fittings.
  • Cosmetic and food grade, meets organic certification requirements.
  • Outer water jacket tank has flat bottom and is Water boiler style.
  • 3/4” (1.9cm) brass outlet with 90 degree brass elbow.
  • ½” (13mm) Inlet and Outlet.
  • Heater: 120 Volt, 1500 watt / Thermostat: (50F to 250F) (10C to 121C).
  • Current draw: 12.5 amps at 120 volts.
  • Note: Domestic and International customers requiring 220 volt 50/60 cycle, we can substitute our 220 volt, 3000 watt Heater/Thermostat at no additional change. Just let us know your preference when ordering. To meet your local or country electrical codes, the Plug might be need to be changed.

    • When you regularly need to flush your jacket to cool a product, water is the best option.
    • The Water Inlet and Outlet Fittings make it simple to flush heated water out from tank jacket.
    • Using Mineral Oil or PPG allows for higher temperatures, requires less maintenance and evaporation is less of an issue. It heats slower than water but has better heat retention.
    • NOTE: When using PPG make sure to always use food grade quality with inhibitor.
