Willow Way Professional Easy Fill Bottler

  • The Willow Way Filling Machine will dispense anything from thin essential oils to thick creams.
  • Manual or Semi-Automatic operation.
  • We customize each filling machine to meet your exact needs. There are interchangeable cylinders that range in size from 3/8" in. to 2 in. (10mm to 50mm) in diameter to choose from depending on your product. This provides a fill range from .06 to 8.7 fluid ounces (1.7 ml to 257ml) in a single stroke. We will work with you to determine the optimum cylinder size (or sizes) for your specific applications.
  • After years of experience, we've found the ideal size for most customers is the 2" (50mm) cylinder. This size will fill from 2 oz. to 8.7 oz (60ml to 257ml) with an accurate fill rate between  1/2% to 1%.  You can however fill as low as 1 oz. (30ml) with the 2" (50mm) cylinder, with an accuracy of 2% to 3%.
  • To fill large quantity containers such as quart or liter size, its simply a matter of doing more fill cycles. For example: To fill a 250 milliliter container, set the fill amount to 125ml and cycle twice. Or to fill a 16 ounce container, set the fill amount to 8 ounces and cycle twice.
  • The Easy Fill Bottler is mainly designed to fill your product into jars or bottles at estimated speeds of 5 to 20 cpm (containers per minute).
    • Filling speed will vary depending the type of product you are dispensing,the viscosity of your product, the piston stroke length,  the ID (inside diameter) of the discharge port in the nozzle and how your product reacts when it hits the bottom of your container.
    • You should expect production rates of about 10 bottles per minute (600 per hour) when 1st starting out,  with experience to reach over 25 bottles per minute (1500 per hour).
  • Cleaning can be done with low suds soap and warm water for most products.  For some oils or liquids, cycling a little alcohol and water through will be enough.
  • The Easy Fill Bottler is pneumatically operated. This is powered by a small inexpensive Air Compressor that can be found at most hardware stores (Not included). It will require 80 to 90 psi (pounds per square inch) of air and about 3.5 cfm (cubic feet per minute).

Additional uses for Bottler

The Easy Fill bottler can also be used for Pumping directly from another vessel such as a jacketed tank, drum, bucket, etc.

  • We can supply you with all the necessary attachments to pump directly from or to another container.
  • This option is custom fitted so it will require a quote according to your application needs.
  • Usual average cost ranges between $80 to $100 USD.
    • Depending on your application: Food grade hose 3/4" to 1" in size.
    • Reduction fitting and Quick connect from the Ball Valve.
    • Stainless Steel flare fitting with hose barb for the Easy Fill Bottler inlet.
    • All clamps to make necessary connections.
  • Through experience, we highly recommend the supply container is placed above the Easy Fill Bottler. This way allows gravity to feed the liquid. Although the Easy Fill can pull liquids from below level, there is a possibility it can pull air into the system that may disrupt the fill accuracy.
  • Very thick liquids such as heavy creams will not work well using this application.

  • The Easy Fill Bottler comes equipped with a stainless steel 5 gallon hopper.
  • The Bottler includes two types of machine cycle start mechanisms: A single cycle foot pedal control and an auto cycle mode.
  • The machine frame is constructed with Stainless Steel. 
  • All metal contact parts are made of stainless steel, the valve spool and piston are made of Ertalyte. All  "O"Rings and Gaskets will be made of Viton to withstand many solvent bases, essential oils, petroleum products, fragrance oils, or vegetable oils.
  • The Easy Fill Bottler is supplied standard with a 2 inch (50mm) diameter stainless steel cylinder.
  • All connections between the hopper and valve spool, nozzle and valve spool, and cylinder and valve spool are either quick disconnect clamps or fittings to make disassembling and cleaning easy.
  • Equipped with adjustable stroke rate, control valves. You can adjust the machines filling speed while the machine is in operation.
  • Operated by an Air Compressor (Not Included). Can be found at most hardware stores or lumber yards.
    • A minimum of 90 psi. (6.12 atm), and 1.5 cfm (43 lpm) or more is required. Just give your air compressor supplier these numbers and they will know what you need.
    • Note: “atm & lpm” is a European standard.
  • The Easy Fill Bottler is designed to cycle up to 40 x per minute.
