Large 1 ½” (38mm), Three-Way Ball Valve so you can dispense thicker cremes and liquids with ease.
- Tip: We recommend our optional Heated Valve Assembly if you work with waxes, oils or butter that solidify at room temperature. They can potentially block the flow in your ball valve. Just turn it on and melt the blockage the easy way.
- Adjustable tension on Ball Valve.
- Dispenses at a 90° angle, much easier to clean with minimal number of fittings.
½” (13mm) Inlet and Outlet for filling and draining the tank jacket.

Water Inlet and Outlet Fittings to easily fill and flush the tank jacket.
You might like our optional “Faucet for Water Jacket”. Use it to replace the jacket drain plug. It allows connection of a standard water hose making drainage mess free and you can control the flow with the turn of the handle.
For continuous mixing needs, our Willow Way Slow Speed Mixer is designed to work with this tank.

You can fill the Jacket of your Tank with Water, Mineral Oil or Propylene Glycol (PPG).

Both PPG and Mineral oil heat slower than water, but you get better heat retention, it allows for higher temperatures, evaporation becomes less of an issue, and it requires less maintenance.
NOTE: When using PPG, always use food grade quality and make sure it contains a corrosion inhibitor.
When you want the option to flush the jacket to cool your products down quickly, water is the best choice for filling your tank jacket.
